  2. Fill a mixing glass with ice.
  3. Pour the GINGOR Elixir, lemon juice, alcohol-free white wine and white grape juice into the mixing glass.
  4. Stir gently with a bar spoon for about 30 seconds until well chilled.
  5. Take the martini glass out of the freezer or discard the ice water if you used that method.
  6. Using a strainer, pour the mixture into the chilled martini glass.
  7. Follow the instructions below to create a white foam topping using by dry shaking egg whites
  8. Garnish with crystalised ginger or a lemon slice.

Instructions for dry shaking egg whites

  1. Gather the egg whites from 1-2 fresh eggs or the equivalent from ready-made pasteurised egg white solution. If using fresh eggs, carefully separate the egg whites from the yolks, ensuring no yolk gets into the whites.
  2. Place the egg whites into a cocktail shaker. Make sure the shaker is clean and dry.
  3. Securely close your cocktail shaker with the lid.
  4. Shake the cocktail shaker vigorously for about 15-30 seconds. This is the "dry shake" method, which incorporates air into the egg whites to create a frothy texture without the addition of ice.
  5. After shaking, check to see if the egg whites have formed a nice frothy foam. It should look light and airy.
